Terms of service

1. The service

Mayorbanx provides tools for Discord server administrators to connect eligible servers, configure access roles and prepare membership plans. You remain responsible for your server, its rules, the access you sell and the content members receive. Discord is a separate service governed by its own terms.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and have authority to manage each server you connect. Email verification and self-service password recovery are not yet available. An email address entered at signup is an account identifier and is not treated as verified ownership. Do not share your account or connect a server you do not administer.

3. Discord permissions and role delivery

Installing the bot grants only the permissions shown by Discord during installation. To assign membership roles, it needs Manage Roles and its highest role must be above each role it manages. Role assignment depends on Discord availability and a verified entitlement. A pending payment or a checkout button click does not establish entitlement.

4. Planned fees and checkout

Fiat checkout is not live. The proposed platform fee is 2% of the role price set by the seller, charged to the seller separately from the buyer’s role purchase. For a role priced at 100 units of a supported currency, the proposed platform fee is 2 units. Seller eligibility, currencies, receipt amounts, settlement timing, and any card authorization or capture mechanism depend on the final payment provider arrangement.

The buyer may be charged an additional payment processing fee. Exact processing charges, applicable taxes, exchange rates, and the final total must be shown before payment and may vary by method, country, and provider agreement. We will publish final payment, refund, dispute, and settlement terms before enabling fiat checkout. We will not charge a card or place a hold during the current setup phase.

5. Seller obligations

Sellers must describe roles and benefits accurately, provide purchased access when due, comply with applicable law and Discord rules, and handle member support and disputes. A seller may not use the service to sell prohibited, misleading, infringing, or unlawful access. We may suspend access to protect users or respond to a lawful request.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but Discord, hosting, and other integrations can fail. We may update features and these terms. Material payment terms will be presented before payment activation, and setup features may change while the service is in prelaunch.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice describes the account, Discord, and operational data used to run the service.

8. Operator information

Mayorbanx is the named operator for this prelaunch draft. Its registered address, jurisdiction, support channel, governing law, and formal dispute process must be added before commercial launch. This page does not represent that payment operations are active.
